Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - They do nothing! It's a puppet organization

They simply send your complaint to the company. The company sends back a bunch of garbage that does nothing to address the complaint. The CFPB is too stupid to realize its all garbage (they probably don't even read it). Then they close your case and your stuck with nothing nadda - don't waste your time and Hey Uncle Sam - Save our money and close this department DOWN!

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - Almost Pointless

Details
Literally, all they do is forward your complaint to the company. As soon as the company responds—regardless of what that response is—they close the complaint. You can then leave feedback. That's it, and their's no appeal process. They don't actually DO anything. It's one step up from yelling at the wall. At least, you get to create a formal record of the issue.

They are part of the system that's screwing us over every day, so why would you expect any help? We are all *** over constantly by banks, credit card companies and our government and no-one is going to ever be fair with us. OMG, I have to enter 50 words at least, so here they are-another example of stupidity at its finest.

If the CFPB actually did something then people would NOT be posting here. It's the CFPB's employees and management's fault for these complaints.. They deserve to be shutdown..
